Mark your calendars! Community Cat Companions will be hosting a Trap-Neuter-Return workshop and ordinance forum this month at the Wickliffe Public Library!
The event is scheduled for Feb. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 1713 Lincoln Road. In 2021, Wickliffe joined Willowick, Eastlake, Mentor, Mentor-on-the-Lake and Fairport Harbor in ratifying an ordinance promoting the responsible care of stray and feral cats through TNR. The forum is free to attend and is for caregivers, residents and municipal leaders who would like to learn more about this legislation. A brief overview of TNR will be presented as well.
