The animal welfare world has lost one of our strongest advocates, Brian Davis, who founded the International Fund for Animals. 🕊
When Brian took to the Canadian ice in 1969 to protest the cruel commercial seal slaughter, he helped provide the spark that started the Animal Welfare movement as we know it.
Please take a moment today to pause and think of Brian, who ignited a frie of compassion in so many of us, including OAA’s Executive Director Vicki Deisner, who celebrated her law school graduation on the pack ice of Canadian to see the baby harp seals. Let’s honor Brian through our continued action for animals.
