Reportedly, the Fowler Township Police Department in Ohio is planning to host a cruel “youth hunt contest” on October 14, during which children of all ages would hunt squirrels for prizes.
We need you to urge Fowler Township to cancel the youth squirrel hunt which would do the opposite of teaching compassion. Email Fowler Township trustee Chair Steve Rudge (srudge@fowlertownship.org) stating your concerns on this inhumane wildlife killing contest and ask them to cancel the youth squirrel hunt on October 14, 2023.
