The Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is the regulatory authority for Commercial Dog Breeders (CDB).

To ensure compliance and safety, ODA has created a new complaint form. This information goes to state inspectors to properly investigate any complaint that is filed.

If you know of a commercial dog breeding facility in the state of Ohio that is operating in sub-acceptable conditions, harming animals, and/or dumping animals – you can use the reporting link to file an official complaint with ODA here: https://agri.ohio.gov/divisions/animal-health/resources/New-CDB-Complaint-Form-Available
