According to the United Way of Central Ohio, nearly 40% of Ohio households live below the ALICE threshold (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed)—meaning they’re working hard but still unable to cover basic needs like housing, childcare, and food.

Tackle Pet Hunger is a campaign conducted by Ohio Animal Foundation to raise awareness about pet hunger in our community and collect donations of cat and dog food to keep pets in their homes and out of the shelter.
