The 41st Annual Ohio Environment, Energy and Resources Law Institute will feature expert discussions on hot topics in environmental law—both in Ohio and nationally. Sessions will explore data centers’ resource requirements, highlight different remediation projects, and examine evolving energy needs through conversations on generation, development, and coal’s legacy, among other timely topics.
This year’s conference will also include a presentation from Ohio Animal Advocates’ Executive Director Vicki Deisner and OAA former board member Alana Van Gundy, who will discuss the link between animal cruelty and human violence, an important issue at the intersection of public safety, animal protection, and legal policy.
The conference offers valuable insights for practitioners in energy, natural resources, environmental law, and related fields.
