The Community Cat Program Management Certificate, offered in partnership with University of the Pacific's Benerd College, is an 8-week online course that takes you beyond the basics of TNR and into what it actually takes to build a program that lasts.

Over 8 weeks, you'll work through:

• TNR fundamentals and population dynamics

• Community engagement and public education strategies

• Legal and ethical frameworks for humane animal management

• Volunteer recruitment, retention, and leadership

• Funding, sustainability, and program evaluation

• Conflict resolution and community relations

• Long-term program design

Course materials are pre-recorded so you can learn on your own weekly schedule, with live weekly Q&A sessions every Friday to bring your real questions to real instructors. Whether you're a caretaker, a shelter staffer, a nonprofit leader, or an animal control officer, you'll walk away with a repeatable framework — and a certificate to back it up.
